Hello everyone and welcome to the weekly Weather Report for Honiton and surrounding areas.
Last week starting Monday 18th March up until Sunday 24th March 2019 saw the following reports.
Just turning middle of the month and here comes another week which saw this Monday with a cloudy but dry start.
Some bright spells for most of the day but cloudiness back again later and some places saw some light rain or drizzle.
Feeling warmer than of late with a maximum temperature of 11°C.
Tuesday saw a cloudy start with outbreaks of drizzle or rain.
Some drier and brighter weather came along later with a maximum temperature of 12°C.
Wednesday followed in much the same as the day before, cloudy but some brightness as well, feeling warmer again, light winds and a maximum temperature of 15°
Thursday was also a similar day as of the previous ones,  déjà vu going on here I thought!
Cloudy start and at times some light rain or drizzle some brightness coming along every now and then, still feeling warm for the time of year with a maximum temperature of 13°C.
Friday got going with a fair amount of cloud around and in places, there was  some fog or mist in some low lying areas.
All this stuff thinned out and gave us some sunshine and in the sunshine, it felt warm with light winds although the maximum temperature only reached 12°C.
Not too bad for a March day and have you noticed the mornings are now 'opening up' and evenings are 'drawing out'.       Spring has Sprung?
If you were up early on this Saturday you would have seen some light rain around first thing.
As the day progressed it became brighter a few clouds every now and then, still feeling warm with a maximum temperature of 13°C
Sunday started 'clearish' and soon the sun came out and it remained dry throughout the day.
It felt warm in the sunshine with light winds again but the wind picked up in the late afternoon and with a maximum temperature of 13°C.
Think it's time to get out into the garden, most people did, the constant drone of Strimmers and Lawnmowers, happy days ahead!
The outlook for the week beginning Monday 25th March 2019.
Much the same as the previous week, dullish starts with sunshine to follow and in the sun it will pleasantly warm.
Although Summer Time is just around the corner maybe some patchy fog or frost in places for starters.
Until the next time have a good week everyone,
Be Safe, Be Healthy, Be Happy,
